Falcon Technologies International makes Oil & Gas and Military Components for Abu Dhabi Companies
Abu Dhabi is the capital of UAE and home for most of the Oil and Gas related operations in UAE. FTI has been recently approved by ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company) as a vendor for 3D services. Since then, FTI have provided multiple solutions like 3D scanning, reverse engineering and supplying obsolete spares to multiple divisions of ADNOC. FTI also conducted a half day workshop introducing metal 3D printing and reverse engineering to a group of engineers from Borouge (a Joint venture company between ADNOC and Borealis AG (“Borealis”).
Repair and critical spare replacement for military components is where 3D printing is finding a lot of applications. FTI have been able to serve several of its defense sector customers in Abu Dhabi with a variety of military components. This includes prototype for the design iterations, jigs and fixtures required in the daily operation and mockup models for final assembly.
